too-hot-to-cook iced tea

A light brew you can make without turning on the stove on a hot day.
6 cups water
5-6- ribbons of fresh orange peel
Three black tea bags (or 4 teaspoons of loose black tea)
3 hours bright sunshine
Fill a clear glass pitcher with water, orange peel, and tea. Place outdoors or on a windowsill in the sun for 3 hours. Remove tea bags (or strain out leaves), refrigerate, and serve.
